We are looking for a high-capacity operator who can own the intersection of content, advertising, and audience growth.

What This Role Is

This is not a basic media buyer role.

You will be responsible for:

Building and executing high-performing ad campaigns across Meta and YouTube
Identifying the right audience for each artist and each release
Creating or directing ad creatives that convert into clicks, saves, and streams
Driving low CPC while maintaining strong engagement and listener quality
Translating performance data into clear optimization decisions
Contributing to overall growth strategy across traffic, engagement, and conversion

You should understand how content, targeting, and messaging work together to produce real results in the music space.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience running ads in Meta Ads Manager and YouTube Ads
Strong understanding of music marketing and listener behavior
Ability to identify winning audiences and angles quickly
High-level creative judgment for short-form and ad content
Data-driven mindset with consistent optimization habits
Clear communication and ability to operate inside structured systems
